There is a William Percy appearing on the New South Wales, Australia, Unassisted Immigrant Passenger Lists, 1826-1922 Record as the Chief Cook on the steamship "City of Melbourne" arriving in Sydney from Melbourne on 6 November 1863. This matches the birth year of 1837 and is enough time for the marriage at Ollera in 1864 to fit in too. Early stages, but it would seem to be the best match so far. Now to search for arrivals to other parts of the country.
